Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup (240ml) fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 4 cups (1 liter) cold water
- 1 cup (240ml) ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

- Add ice cubes and stir again. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
- Serve chilled, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves if preferred.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of your lemons and cucumbers.
- Add sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy version.
