Description
Cotton Candy Cheesecake is a dreamy, no-bake dessert that combines the fluffy sweetness of cotton candy with a creamy cheesecake base. Perfect for parties, birthdays, or whimsical celebrations!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
- Pink and blue food coloring (optional, for a cotton candy swirl effect)
- Extra cotton candy for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add cotton candy flavoring and divide the mixture into two bowls. Tint one with pink food coloring and the other with blue.
- Drop spoonfuls of each color into the crust and swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
- Before serving, garnish with cotton candy if desired. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for more vibrant swirls without thinning the batter.
- Do not add cotton candy garnish until ready to serve—it melts quickly with moisture.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days (without the cotton candy topping).
