Description

Cotton Candy Cheesecake is a dreamy, no-bake dessert that combines the fluffy sweetness of cotton candy with a creamy cheesecake base. Perfect for parties, birthdays, or whimsical celebrations!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cotton candy flavoring
  • Pink and blue food coloring (optional, for a cotton candy swirl effect)
  • Extra cotton candy for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add cotton candy flavoring and divide the mixture into two bowls. Tint one with pink food coloring and the other with blue.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of each color into the crust and swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
  6. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with cotton candy if desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for more vibrant swirls without thinning the batter.
  • Do not add cotton candy garnish until ready to serve—it melts quickly with moisture.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days (without the cotton candy topping).
