  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Dice or shred the cooked chicken breast and cook and chop the bacon if not already done. Chop broccoli into florets or thoroughly thaw and drain frozen spinach to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine Mixture: In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, broccoli florets or drained spinach, minced garlic, ranch dressing, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and ranch seasoning mix if using. Stir until everything is evenly coated and combined.
  3. Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 9×13 inches). Evenly spread it out to ensure consistent cooking.
  4. Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole mixture to create a melty cheesy crust.
