Description

This delicious Bacon Alfredo Pizza combines crispy bacon, tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and gooey mozzarella cheese on a perfectly baked pizza crust. It’s an indulgent yet easy-to-make meal that’s perfect for pizza nights or casual gatherings. Fresh parsley adds a touch of color and brightness to each slice.

Pizza Base

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Sauce

  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Finishing

  • Olive oil for brushing (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your preferred thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  • Lightly brush the dough with olive oil if desired to help create a golden crust and prevent sogginess.

  • Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.

  • Add the toppings by scattering the cooked bacon and chicken evenly over the sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.

  • Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly browned.

 

  • Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.


Notes

You can always customize this pizza with extra toppings like mushrooms or onions.

A pizza stone will help achieve a crispier crust, but a baking sheet works too.

If you’re making Alfredo sauce from scratch, make sure it’s thick enough to spread without soaking into the dough.
